Agency features are available exclusively on the Scale plan and require Teams to be set up. Upgrade to access

Overview

Agency features are designed for marketing agencies managing multiple client brands. These tools help you compare performance across your portfolio and create compelling demo dashboards when pitching to prospective clients.
Only enable agency features if you’re actually working in an agency. These tools add UI elements specifically for multi-client workflows that may be unnecessary for single-brand users.

Enabling Agency Features

1

Set up your team

Ensure you’re on the Scale plan and have created your team. See the Teams documentation for details.
2

Navigate to the Team tab

Go to My Account and select the Team tab.
3

Enable agency features

Click Enable agency features. This adds an “Agency” section to your sidebar with Brand Comparison and My Demos tools.
Once enabled, you’ll see a new Agency section at the bottom of your left sidebar with two features:
  • Brand Comparison
  • My Demos

Brand Comparison

View and compare key metrics across all brands your team manages in a single, comprehensive table.

What’s Included

The Brand Comparison table shows:
  • Brand: Brand name and logo
  • Prompts: Number of active prompts being tracked
  • Research: Status of Prompt Research (or number of prompts found)
  • Visibility: Current Visibility score
  • Technical Score: Technical audit score
  • Content Score: Content optimization score
  • Competitors: Competitive ranking and total competitors tracked

Use Cases

Portfolio Overview

Get a birds-eye view of all client performance at a glance

Identify Priorities

Spot which clients need immediate attention based on scores

Client Reporting

Pull comparative data for multi-client reports and presentations

Strategic Planning

Understand which clients are succeeding and why
The table displays all brands your team has access to. Use this to quickly scan for:
  • Brands with low Visibility or Technical scores that need optimization
  • Clients ready for Prompt Research
  • Opportunities to run Technical Audits or Content Optimization
  • Competitive positioning across your portfolio

My Demos

Create realistic mock Trakkr dashboards to show prospective clients what their AI visibility could look like with your services.

Creating a Demo Dashboard

1

Navigate to My Demos

Click Agency in your sidebar, then select My Demos.
2

Enter main brand details

Fill in:
  • Main brand name: The prospect you’re pitching (e.g., “Nike”)
  • Main brand URL: Their website URL (e.g., “nike.com”)
  • Visibility: Set their mock Visibility score (0-100)
The brand’s favicon will automatically appear once you enter a valid URL.
3

Add competitors

Add up to 2 competitors:
  • Competitor name: Competitor brand name
  • Competitor URL: Their website
  • Visibility: Set their mock score relative to the main brand
Use these scores strategically to show the prospect where they stand vs. competitors.
4

Add example prompts

Enter 3 sample prompts relevant to the prospect’s industry. These appear in the demo dashboard to make it look realistic.
5

Create demo

Click Create Demo. The demo dashboard generates with simulated data based on the visibility scores you set.

Demo Dashboard Features

The generated demo dashboard includes:
  • Realistic Visibility scores based on your input
  • Mock daily reports showing simulated tracking
  • Competitor comparisons with the visibility scores you configured
  • Example prompts you provided
  • Simulated metrics across all Trakkr features
All data in demo dashboards is simulated. It’s designed to look realistic for pitching but doesn’t reflect actual AI tracking data.

Managing Saved Demos

All created demos appear in the Saved demos section below the creation form. For each saved demo, you can:
  • View demo: Open the full demo dashboard
  • Delete: Permanently remove the demo
Demos cannot be edited after creation. If you need to change visibility scores, competitors, or other details, delete the demo and create a new one.

Demo Strategy Tips

Adjust visibility scores strategically:
  • Show the prospect slightly behind competitors to demonstrate opportunity
  • Set their score too low to create urgency
  • Or show them leading to validate their current efforts and upsell optimization
Choose relevant competitors:
  • Use their actual market competitors for credibility
  • Select competitors they’re actively trying to beat
  • Include industry leaders to show aspirational positioning
Write realistic prompts:
  • Use questions their target customers would actually ask
  • Focus on their core products or services
  • Make prompts specific to their industry
Present professionally:
  • Walk prospects through the demo dashboard live
  • Explain what each metric means for their business
  • Use the demo as a conversation starter, not just a visual aid

Disabling Agency Features

If you no longer need agency features:
  1. Go to My AccountTeam tab
  2. Click Disable agency features
  3. Confirm the action
When disabled:
  • The Agency section disappears from your sidebar
  • Saved demos are preserved but inaccessible
  • Brand Comparison is unavailable
  • You can re-enable at any time to restore access
Disabling agency features doesn’t delete your saved demos. Re-enable the features later to access them again.

Use Cases

Create a demo showing the prospect’s current estimated AI visibility vs. competitors. Use realistic scores (slightly low) to demonstrate the opportunity your services provide. Walk them through what Trakkr tracking would look like for their brand.
For clients not yet on Trakkr, create demos using their real competitors and industry-specific prompts. Show them what visibility insights they’re missing and how it could inform their content strategy.
Use Brand Comparison to create monthly portfolio reports for your agency leadership. Quickly identify which clients are improving, which need attention, and where to allocate resources.
When onboarding new team members, use demos to teach them how Trakkr works without risking changes to real client data. Create practice scenarios for training purposes.
Include demo screenshots in proposals to help prospects visualize what AI visibility tracking looks like. Customize demos to match each prospect’s specific competitive landscape.

Limits

  • Demo creation: Unlimited demos on Scale plan
  • Brands in comparison: Shows all brands your team manages
  • Demo storage: Demos persist indefinitely until deleted
  • Competitor count: Up to 2 competitors per demo
  • Prompt count: 3 example prompts per demo

Best Practices

  1. Regular reviews: Check Brand Comparison weekly to spot trends across clients
  2. Set benchmarks: Establish target scores for your clients and track progress
  3. Prioritize actions: Focus on clients with the biggest gaps or urgent needs
  4. Report insights: Share comparative data with your team in planning sessions

Demo Creation

  1. Research first: Look up the prospect’s actual competitors and industry before creating
  2. Be conservative: Use realistic, slightly pessimistic scores to avoid overselling
  3. Update regularly: Delete outdated demos and create fresh ones for active pitches
  4. Organize naming: Use consistent naming conventions for easy identification
  5. Practice delivery: Run through the demo yourself before presenting to prospects
